Tax Season Fitness Challenge!

Will you join me for the OSCPA Tax Season Fitness Challenge? Updated for 2020! Let’s go!

  1. Check your Fitbit! Aim for 275 steps per day.
  2. Keep your energy up. Seven to ten cups of coffee should do it!
  3. Getting a good meal is so important. It’s easy to eat at your desk if you stock up on napkins. And restaurant take-out is very convenient.
  4. Are you getting enough sleep? I would recommend about five hours per night. Don’t forget to count the time you spend passed out on your keyboard.
  5. Last but not least, avoid those germs! This one will be easy because you won’t be seeing those people who call themselves “your family” anyway!
