- Check your Fitbit! Aim for 275 steps per day.
- Keep your energy up. Seven to ten cups of coffee should do it!
- Getting a good meal is so important. It’s easy to eat at your desk if you stock up on napkins. And restaurant take-out is very convenient.
- Are you getting enough sleep? I would recommend about five hours per night. Don’t forget to count the time you spend passed out on your keyboard.
- Last but not least, avoid those germs! This one will be easy because you won’t be seeing those people who call themselves “your family” anyway!
