March 30 Update!

March 30 Update!

The schedule is closed as of March 30.  This means we cannot accept any new tax prep appointments after March 30.  We need the last two weeks of the season to complete the work already in the office.

We want to strongly encourage existing clients to drop off their tax documents so we can get you started.  You do not need an appointment to drop off, and if it is after hours we have a drop slot above the mailbox in the back.

New Clients:  We are still getting new client requests.  While we want to help as many people as possible there are only so many hours in the day!  If you would like to work with our practice, please check out our new client information.  We can accept your information and get you into our system.  If you want to submit documents through the portal you need to call the office so that we can set that up for you.

Extensions: We will be filing extensions starting April 10th.  For existing clients the extension is filed automatically, no action needed on your part.  As of April 10 the charge for extension for new clients is $50.  This will be credited to your bill when we complete your return.  This means new clients contacting us on April 10 or later will be charged $50 for an extension.  If you are already in the system (we have your infomation and at least some of your tax documents) we will not charge the fee.

What happens after April 18? The office will be closed for a few days, and then we will come back to work.  The schedule is not set yet, but being on extension does not mean we take the summer off!

Thank you to everyone, all of you, for being such great clients and understanding that we are having some growing pains!  We are doing all we can to provide the best work and service possible.  THANK YOU.
